Kids Safe Tips is a resource site to help parents and children educate themselves in order to lead a safer life

Our goal is not to scare anyone of the dangers of society but rather teach people the importance of common sense, self-confidence and self-esteem so you can be aware of your surroundings carry yourself with confidence in order to enjoy your life and to live without fear or paranoia.

I am a martial artist for a little more than 40 years. During this time I have created the largest martial arts school for children in the United States and have created an organization for martial arts schools world wide.

Although this site is not an ad for martial arts schools, parents would do well looking at the martial arts as a tool to build strong kids from the inside out. I am currently writing a book titled the "Silva Solution". It explores how we use martial arts to build black belts from the inside out. In it I explain that once mental skills of patience, courtesy, pride, self-confidence, perseverance and indomitable spirit are instilled, children can then master the physical skills to earn their black belt.

The amazing thing is that these life skills can be accomplished in a very short amount of time. It's truly a life changing experience

I hope you enjoy the resources here. Each month we give away a Free Nano iPod to one lucky person who visits our site. Please click the button to the right, there is absolutely no obligation to purchase anything. Kid Safe Tips does not rent, share or sell any personal information or email addresses.

There is also a list of great workshops we host nationwide that are fun, educational and motivating kids.
